Kyle Swanson
Kyle has continued to be a very successful and respected Realtor since 2009. He received the prestigious "30 Under 30" award from the National Association of Realtors for being one of the top 30 Realtors in the USA and Canada under the age of 30. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Finance and Real estate. Kyle has held many board positions in the Rochester community for non-profits during his tenure. He's been very involved in his local Realtor association (Southeast Minnesota Realtors) and was on the board of directors from 2013 to 2020 going through the executive roles and was the President in of 2019. Kyle is very affluent in real estate investments from his personal experience and teachings. He has mentored many investors in their journeys to build their own portfolios.
Dan Kingsley
Dan has been a top producing Realtor since 2008 and co-founded the Realty Edge Team in 2011. WIth over 500 transactions under his belt he has a vast knowledge base to guide other Realtors, which is his true passion. Dan graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Upon college graduation, Dan commissioned through U. S. Army ROTC as an Infantry Officer. He lead an Infantry Platoon during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005-2007. His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star w/V, Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal (2), Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Global War On Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Ranger Tab, Basic Parachutist Badge and an Air Assault Badge.
